Welcome to 70MM Tee Studio. We offer ready-designed T-shirts, custom-designed T-shirt printing, and bulk/custom orders. This policy explains how your order is processed, printed, packed, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Ready-Designed T-Shirts

Ready-designed products are generally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Custom-Designed T-Shirts

Custom orders may require additional time for design confirmation, printing, and quality checking. Custom orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Bulk Orders

Bulk and wholesale orders are processed according to the agreed production timeline. The delivery time may vary depending on quantity, printing method, design requirements, and customization.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
Other locations in India: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, delivery location, package weight, and applicable shipping rates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on eligible orders based on the offers or shipping conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking details.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment until delivery.

5. Custom Design Orders

For custom-designed products, customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, images, text, sizes, colors, and other customization details.

Production will begin after the required design/customization details are confirmed.

Once a custom order has entered the printing or production stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, customers are requested to contact our team before placing the order to confirm:

T-shirt colors
Printing requirements
Design specifications
Production timeline
Shipping charges
Delivery location

Bulk orders may have different production and delivery timelines depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Full name
House/Flat/Building number
Street/Area
City
State
PIN code
Valid contact number

70MM Tee Studio will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is delayed, customers may contact us with their order number and tracking details so that we can assist in checking the shipment status with the courier partner.

If the courier marks an order as “undelivered,” “return to origin,” or “address unavailable,” additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

9. Damaged Packages

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

This will help us investigate the issue with the courier partner.
